At a glance

Nordwell separates its ingredients into two groups on the pack: those with authorised health claims and well-established research, and those where human evidence is still emerging. Very few brands make that distinction visible. The formula pairs vitamin D3, omega-3 and CoQ10 with NMN and resveratrol.

It may suit you if

  • You want one formula rather than five bottles
  • You want to see which ingredients are well studied and which are not
  • You are building a long-term routine

You may prefer something else if

  • You would rather buy individual ingredients and control the amounts
  • You are on a tight monthly budget

What is in it

The label, in full

Every active ingredient amount is printed on the label.

Nicotinamide mononucleotide
250mg

A newer healthy-ageing ingredient with a lot of laboratory work behind it and a smaller body of human research. Regulatory status differs by country. Typical serving across the market: 250mg – 500mg. Published human research: emerging.

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol)
100mg

Made naturally by the body and present in small amounts in food. Ubiquinol is the pre-converted form and generally costs more than ubiquinone. Typical serving across the market: 50mg – 200mg. Published human research: moderate.

Vitamin D3
25µg

Public health guidance in the UK suggests considering a daily supplement through autumn and winter. Vegan D3 from lichen is widely available. Typical serving across the market: 10µg – 25µg (400 – 1000 IU). Published human research: extensive.

Omega-3 (EPA and DHA)
500mg EPA/DHA

Compare on combined EPA and DHA in milligrams, not on total fish oil. A 1000mg capsule can contain anywhere from 120mg to 700mg of the active fats. Typical serving across the market: 250mg – 1000mg combined. Published human research: extensive.

Zinc
10mg

A mineral with authorised claims for skin, hair and nails. Worth checking the total across everything you take, as it is in most multivitamins too. Typical serving across the market: 5mg – 15mg. Published human research: extensive.

Other ingredients

Cost per serving is the fairest way to compare, because pack sizes vary enormously within the same category. It still does not account for how much active ingredient is in each serving — check that too.
